“Deaf-Blind Interpreting Strategies”

Earn up to 2.25 CEUs at home!

Three levels of instruction are being offered by DB-TIP to assist interpreters in building a foundation in deaf-blindness. Each level has five webinars and will be led by Susanne Morgan Morrow along with various guest speakers.

DB-TIP webinars will take you step-by-step from an overview of deaf-blindness to tactile sign language techniques, teaming, tactile expressions, and more!

If you are not available for the live sessions you will be able to view them in the archives at a time that is convenient to you and still earn CEUs!

Each seminar is 90 minutes in length and meets on Saturdays at 11:00 a.m. EST. Technology requirements, general information, schedule, cost and registration information can be obtained by emailing: DeafBlindTIP@gmail.com

REGISTERING FOR DB-TIP WEBINARS

These are the directions on how to register:

REGISTERING FOR INDIVIDUAL WEBINARS ($29.99 live, $27.99 archived)
If you are interested in registering for a single webinar or multiple sessions but not an entire level you must click on the respective link and register individually for each session.

REGISTERING FOR AN ENTIRE LEVEL ($119.99* live, $109.99* archived)
*Pay for 4 sessions, get the 5th one free!
If you are interested in registering for an entire level you must select the link for the first webinar in the corresponding level (i.e. Webinar #1) and, when prompted, enter Level 1 into the discount code box. If registering for Level 2 enter the discount code Level 2 and Level 3 for the Level 3 webinar sessions.

The discount code is case, letter and number sensitive. Be sure to enter it exactly as shown. Click on the tab that says “Check Code”, this will confirm the discounted rate. Once you receive confirmation you only need to register one time in order to have access to each session within the level.

REGISTERING FOR ALL THREE LEVELS ($119.99 live, $109.99 archived, per level)
If you are interested in registering for all three levels you must register once for the first webinar in each level (Webinars #1, #6, #16). The next steps are the same as above: When prompted, enter the respective discount code for the appropriate level: Level 1 into the discount code box. If registering for Level 2 enter the discount code Level 2 and Level 3 for the Level 3 webinar sessions.

PASSWORD
During the registration process you will be prompted to create your own password for the sessions. This is required and will be your personal code to access the webinar sessions once payment has been made.

PAYMENT
All payments are handled through PayPal™. You do not need to have an account with PayPal™ in order to complete the registration process. You can log in as a guest (on the left hand column). You must have a debit or credit card available in order to process your payment.

CEUs
You DO NOT need to be present during the live sessions in order to earn CEUs. All of the webinars will be recorded and archived for later viewing. Therefore, if you signed up for an entire level and have a conflict with one or more of the dates you can view the session that you missed during a time of your convenience. You will follow the same prompts and will earn the same amount of CEUs.
