Were You Born in PR? Need Help??

Commission on Deaf and Hearing Impaired (CDHI) announces that it offers assistance to any deaf persons who were born in Puerto Rico in filing out the application for new birth certificate. They must bring their old birth certificates to CDHI Office at 67 Prospect Avenue in Hartford, CT.
When: Thursday, July 8th – 10:00 am to Noon
Thursday, July 22nd – 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm
